Hi, I’m Maria
I’m a neurodiversity coach, advocate and university lecturer specialising in communication, collaboration and sustainable performance across different thinking styles. I support both neurodivergent and neurotypical people to move beyond awareness so they can reduce burnout and communicate more effectively at work, in life and in leadership.
I teach at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama and am a visiting lecturer at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, where I run sessions on neurodiversity, neuromyths in education, growth mindset, group dynamics and creative collaboration.
With a background as a professional actor and public speaking coach, I bring an embodied, highly practical approach to my work, combining neuro-informed tools with performance-based communication techniques. I deliver talks and workshops for organisations such as the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and AllBright, and I work internationally with leaders, creatives and organisations seeking inclusive, actionable change.
I hold a Master’s degree in Acting, a Postgraduate Certificate in Performance Teaching, and I’m a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. I’m also an Advanced Practitioner accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
