Many leaders tell me:

“I want to support neurodivergent colleagues but I’m
worried about getting it wrong.”

“Our high performers are burning out.”

“Team communication feels fractured.”

“We talk about inclusion, but it doesn’t feel embedded.”

“We’ve done awareness training, but nothing has really changed.”

I deliver talks, workshops and leadership sessions that move organisations beyond awareness into practical, actionable change.

My work focuses on:

  • Sustainable performance without burnout

  • Clear communication across different thinking styles

  • Neuromyths and misunderstanding in the workplace

  • Leadership confidence in neuroinclusive environments

  • Psychological safety and creative collaboration

With a background as a professional actor and public speaking coach, I bring an embodied and highly practical approach. Sessions are interactive, reflective and grounded in real-world tools, not just theory.

I teach at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama and am a visiting lecturer at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, delivering sessions on neurodiversity, growth mindset, communication and collaboration. I have delivered talks and workshops for organisations including the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and AllBright, working internationally with leaders, creatives and teams seeking inclusive, actionable change.

Workshop and Speaking Topics

Understanding neurodiversity in the workplace

A foundational session that builds shared awareness, language and understanding. This session helps teams move away from assumptions and common neuromyths and towards more inclusive and effective ways of working together.

Inclusive leadership: communicating and leading across different neurotypes

A practical session for leaders and managers exploring how different thinking and communication styles show up in everyday leadership. We focus on reducing unintentional exclusion and burnout, and on adapting communication, feedback and workload expectations in supportive ways without lowering standards. Leaders leave with clear, practical strategies to better enable neurodivergent colleagues while improving clarity, engagement and performance across teams.

Supporting your neurodivergence at work

A tailored session for neurodivergent colleagues, offering a psychologically safe space to explore how neurodivergence impacts work, identify practical strategies, and build confidence in advocating for support. This can positively impact retention, wellbeing and sense of belonging.

I am also very happy to design something bespoke, whether that is a keynote, a panel contribution, a single workshop or a programme of sessions for different audiences. Every session is designed in close alignment with your organisational goals and culture.

If you are planning Neurodiversity Week, a leadership away day or a wider inclusion initiative, I would welcome the opportunity to set up a short call to explore what would be most valuable for your team.

Meaningful inclusion is built through understanding and action. Let’s make it real.
